  • All adventure concierge packages require a $250 non-refundable deposit

    • Cancel 31-60 days prior to trip: 100% adventure concierge cost is non-refundable

  • The $395 fee covers our expert consulting services, including all planning and coordination listed above.

    For larger groups or highly customized adventures requiring extensive coordination, an additional commission may apply, based on the scope of the trip.

  • Peace of mind comes with a well-planned adventure. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure the best pricing and availability, but if you're looking for a last-minute getaway, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

    Just keep in mind that flexibility may be key for those spontaneous trips.
